Frequently Asked Questions

Here you can find a table with the course books we use for the different course levels.

After finishing your course, you can continue seamlessly: We offer follow-up courses for all our group courses at the same time, on the same weekday and at the same hour.

If you unexpectedly miss a class, this is usually not a big problem, and normally you will still be able to follow the course. Our teachers will be happy to tell you what you missed and what the homework is if you send them an email.
There is also always the option to book an additional private lesson spontaneously in order to catch up on missed topics.

Here you can subscribe to our mailing list. We do not pass on your data and will not send you advertising, only information about new courses.

That is absolutely no problem. All our teachers speak fluent English, and in the higher-level courses the lessons take place mostly in Spanish anyway. Nevertheless, it is important to be aware that many of your classmates will be native German speakers and that the A1 books also contain some explanations and instructions in German. However, this is not a problem, as your teachers will explain everything to you anyway.

Yes, from level A1.2 onwards it is possible to join courses that have already started.
For students wishing to join an A1.1 course after it has started, we recommend private lessons so that you can catch up with the course level. You can find the duration of our different group course formats in the general information section below the course table. Group courses with fewer teaching hours than indicated in that section are courses open to late joiners and are marked with an asterisk *.

Here you can find a short summary of our courses and what they include.

If you cannot find your preferred course or the course dates do not work for you, we will find an alternative for you. Just send us an email or give us a call!

Yes, we issue certificates of attendance upon request. Please request your certificate of attendance within four weeks after the end of the course in text form, preferably by email to info@tu-tambien-sprachschule.de. Please include your full name, the course you booked and the course period.

If the request is submitted within the deadline, we will issue the certificate of attendance free of charge as a PDF by email.

If the request is received later than four weeks after the end of the course, we may issue a certificate of attendance, provided that participation can be verified on the basis of our records, for a processing fee of €35.00. The processing fee is due before the certificate of attendance is issued.

Our school is closed on official public holidays. We are open throughout the year, including during school and semester holidays.
